Shipping and Returns
Shipping with Your STRIDER™ Order
Every Strider™ order leaves us within 1 - 3 days, Monday to Friday. We will notify you when your purchase is shipped, or in the unlikely event your purchase is back-ordered.
Once your order has shipped, you should receive it within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location.
Track Your Package
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the shipping number and a link to track your package.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
If for any reason you may not be home to sign for your package, you may request to have your order shipped to another address. As a security measure to protect you against fraudulent charges, we may call you to confirm the alternate shipping address.
Please NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We must have a complete street address.
Products are shipped within Africa and other countries where there are no present Strider Dealers and can be done so in a cost effective manner.
PLEASE NOTE: Check with your local customs office as there may be additional taxes, duties or fees charged to your order.
We require that you place your order via our online store and use the EFT option.
Once we receive your details, we'll confirm your order and total cost via email prior to billing and shipping.
Should you need to return any item to X-Stream Balance for any reason:
- Contact us and we will issue you a Return Number. (Which must be prominently marked on the outside of the box.)
- Include a copy of your invoice inside the package, along with a reason for the return.
